Dinayuri Rodriguez is a filmmaker and PhD student in Anthropology at the University of Chicago. Her research is on the production of Dominican nationalism in New York City and the Dominican Republic in relation to public feelings/performances of bitterness (amargura) and Black anarchic scenes.
