Soo Ryon Yoon<\/strong> (she\/her\/\uadf8) is an NRF academic research professor at the Institute for East Asian Studies, Sungkonghoe University. Her research on race and performance has appeared in positions: asia critique<\/em>, Inter-Asia Cultural Studies<\/em>, Performance Research<\/em>, and GPS: Global Performance Studies<\/em>, among others. She is currently working on her monograph titled Choreographing Affinities: Race, Performance, and Afro-Asian Connections in South Korea<\/em>. She has taught performance and cultural studies courses at Northwestern University, Yale University, Lingnan University, and Ewha Womans University.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
